We ship all UK orders from our London warehouse therefore no duties and taxes for domestic. International orders outside of UK will have duties & taxes included in the shipping fee.

Collection Hours: Our warehouse hours are Monday to Friday from  8am - 2pm. Please wait for confirmation via email to pick up your order before coming to our warehouse.

Orders are typically ready within 24 hours, not including weekends. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid form of ID when collecting.
