Utterly Disappointed

I ordered a hoody for my daughter from Southst about three weeks ago. Item arrived in good time and the qulit of the hoody was very good quality Unfortunatle it was huge on her. I bought this for her for Chirstmas but needed her to try it on because of the time frame to exchange or get a refund as mentioned above it was huge on her so we sent it back the sam day and asked for an exchang as there was only small left we thought we'd try it. Nealy 3weeks later and a numerous amount of emails back and fourth I am not any further with a resolve. Two diffrent people have responded to me asking tge same questions. I was told by one of them that there was a problem with thier returns system tbh this is not my problem I have been patient and now I am extreamly frustrated and wont use Southst again
The fact that you can not just talk to someone is crazy.... I trully belive if l had spoken to a person from the beging this would have been resolved ages ago. I'd just like my money back now £80 is not cheap

I ordered my parcel to Spain and it never delivered, customer service is terribly slow, I’ve still not been refunded even though the parcel never got to me.
