Great customer service & lovely tracksuit

The tracksuit itself is lovely, the south st ones are my go- to’s great quality and I get to choose smaller sizes as they tend to run oversized. But I want to big up the customer service because they helped me so much - super grateful

I popped in to the Stratford Westfield branch and the customer service I received was outstanding. My size wasn’t in stock so the amazing sales associate ordered it for me and it was delivered the next day.
The tracksuit is lovely, fits well and after washing has kept its shape and appearance. I got a size L in the trousers and size S in the jacket. I am five foot 7 and wear a size 14-16 in clothing.
Highly recommend this tracksuit and the instore customer service
